Ive done both and I'd go with P90X. I also LOVE ChaLean Extreme. I just wouldn't follow the low calorie guidelines she gives on the nutrition plan. You are lifting heavy weights--gotta eat.

YOU have to EAT along with these compound moves. Find out what your TDEE is and eat MORE than that during your bulk. Eating clean will be beneficial. Focus on hitting your proteins and the rest should fall into place.

agreed. Some people don't mind having loose skin hanging off their bones and being "skinny fat". I prefer to have muscle and be fit. Lift Heavy. Squat heavier. Eat More. :P

Fat does NOT turn into muscle. You build muscle and LOSE FAT. However, if you are new to working out, you will build muscle before losing fat or lose muscle and fat at the same time. It's hard to build muscle and lose fat at the same time. Give your program at least 6-8 weeks before flipping out. It takes time.

Don't feel bad, I've been at cut for like 2 weeks now and I haven't dropped any weight. My jeans are still tight. I'm still frustrated. I guess we just keep pushing forward and trying our best. At the very least, we are no longer starving and we are healthier. <3

I just blow dry mine and if it's a little oily the next day I use a little baby powder in it to dry it up. :) works like a charm and I can go 3 days without washing my hair. #winning

I love ChaLean Extreme wayyyyy better than p90x. I def. feel more accomplished after 40 min of CLX than 70 min. of p90x. My hamstring have never been firmer.

yep. did reset for roughly 8 weeks. I started heavy lifting about 3.5 weeks ago so that COULD be what's causing all my drama. I avoided jeans up until last week. I was fine until I put jeans on LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ughhhhhhh

Thanks for the responses! Yesterday I could have eaten my entire arm LOL! I am hoping today is better and think it will be knowing it's a normal part of the process. :) But seriously, it's how I felt at 1200 cals LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! how crazy!!!!
