if something has caffeine, like green tea, you cannot count it as a water intake as caffeine is a diuretic. You should actually drink a cup of water extra for every caffeinated beverage you intake.

Same here!!! Mother in law has the best cooking but I pay for it for days!! With that being said, 4000 is 2 days worth of sodium!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very dangerous. I recommend finding more low-sodium alternatives.

Oh also the Wii Dance Party...or find other dvd's that you can dance to with the kids. That is a big workout!

If you have a wii fit, there is a new game called Nickelodeon Fit..I just got it for my kids for Christmas. I am so excited to work out with them LOL Of course, I'll have to do another hard workout in order to feel like I've done something..but just to give you an idea.

you need to eat more working out that much. Aim for at least 1600-1700 cals on workout days.

It's normal ..even when I run outside my toes hurt after about 5 miles. I know other runners who also have this problem. But if you are that worried about it ask your doctor about it!

Nutella is VERY SWEET! and full of sugar. I use the Peanut butter and Company dark chocolate dreams...it is great and not so sweet...and WAAAAAY better for you!!!

I wear my HRM and create the exercise in my exercise log. If you don't wear a HRM, log it under circuit training, b/c it is circuit training :) Good Luck!

that sounds amazing!!!!!!!!! We drink soy, so I'll have to get that flavor!! :) My favorite low cal (snack) is chobani plain Greek with sliced strawberries and blueberries with 2 packets of truvia sprinkled on top OR a tsp. of sugar free jello or pudding mix mixed in. Very low cal and full of fiber and protein!! :)

eat an apple! If you are hungry, you should eat something (fruit, veg, lean protein)...the apple is loaded with fiber and will fill you up..try 4-4.5 oz (roughly 60-65 cal).

Eat your highest calorie foods immediately after working out as you will burn it faster. I know up to 2 hours after a hard cardio workout I still continue to burn calories at a rapid speed (I wear a HRM). Make sure you get a good amount of protein after that workout!

I ordered it and got my kid's for free. I didn't really see it help me, but my kids are never sick (anymore) since taking. They started it in March and have been sick maybe once. I'd save your money and just buy fresh fruits and veggies.

For more protein I drink a protein shake..I use the one's with hardly any carbs (like 4 grams or less). Watch out for sugars. :)

I would go down another 2 pounds just to give yourself some fluctuation room if it's that important to you. I fluctuate 3-5 pounds at any given time ..I am okay with it b/c I know it's just water. No one can possibly gain 5 pounds of fat in 24 hours. :P It's personal choice. congrats and great job :)
