  • I just wanted to let everyone know that I have changed my username (specialk_flett). Honestly, I didn't really think it through when I first joined and it felt really silly for some reason...so I've decided to go with my DrawSomething name...

  • Talk about timing, I just put together a before and after! The pictures are taken one year, less 3 days, apart. They were not taken as "before and after" shots so it isn't a straight up comparison...but they do tell a story

  • This made me howl!! I am a HUGE Princess Bride fan and when I got married, it was my uncle (a Pastor) who did the honours. When we were at the rehearsal and got to the end of the aisle, that is what he opened with!! Not to mention mouthing the word "Mawwiage" when I was walking down the aisle for real
  • ^^^This!! I have to say, I'm surprised no one has quoted it yet. If you don't know how to love yourself, how can you know love from another
  • Lazy is a word that dominated my life after having my kids! I joined MFP in May of 2011 and it has changed my life. I'm not going to lie, the weight loss through calorie control went fairly easy for me. The exercise, not so much... I have come to the point where I believed I have lost all that I can through healthy eating…

  • I get the impression that you might just be on here to stir it up. There are a lot of reply's on here that are written in a way that simply show opinion and an openess to consider reasonable opinions to the contrary. However, every time you counter to one of those reply's, I see none of that openess. You come across as…
  • My Mom got a pair of lips tattoo'd on her *kitten* so that when she ends up in a nursing home, the people that have to change her diapers will get a chuckle
  • I don't think it's fair that you generalize it like this I have 3, the first is Thumper over my belly button. My favourite line is the one about saying nothing if you don't have anything nice to say. The second is a lower back banner, or as most would call it "a tramp stamp". It has all 3 of my children's zodiac symbols…

  • Unfortunately, I'm way off from being able to run even a portion of a marathon...I did do the Run (Walk) for the Cure with a mutual friend, TL, last year! Definitely plan on doing it again!
  • Even though it thwarts my weight loss efforts, I have to go with Santa Lucia on Main/St Mary's @ Marion
  • It's a wonder MFP didn't crash with all of the people who inevitably rushed to do this after they read it!
  • Life without skitty...I think I'll go drink bleach
