  • I can have days where I struggle to eat my base of 1200 and I get so tired of hearing "I'm worried about you, you're not eating enough" I'm not starving myself, I'm just not hungry!

  • After a weekend away with friends for some shopping, I am at my highest in over a year, 173 lbs. It's hard for me even to look at it.   • My biggest challenge is motivation to exercise. I have NONE!!! I am trying to overcome it by walking (weather permitting) or doing yoga on my lunch break. So far, so good!
