I have had to take cortisone off and on for years for arthritis. In the past it really did seem to cause me to gain weight. But, I was not focused on weight loss at the time. Great suggestion on adding a new blouse and jewelry to the altered clothing! I'm down 5 sizes now, so have had to do a combination of both - but definitely find that my psyche prefers the newer stuff over the altered clothes.

Thanks for all the replies! I'm still reading, but yes, I used to swim when I first started losing weight but the chlorine in the pool ate my skin up. I appreciate the shared experience!

There are no words - just God bless you and your husband during this very traumatic and sad time. I know over time the pain will diminish. but I also personally know you will also miss your two children. May you find peace in your heart soon and know this is not your fault.

I agree, they are too low and I've seen better results when I am heavier on my protein. Plus, I stay more satisfied
