I use bodybuilding dot com for my workout plan, right now I'm doing lee Labrada, 7 days a week, two cardio only and two that are both weights and cardio, three days wrights only

I just started the LiveFit program yesterday 1/11/14!! I am going to start the food plan on Monday when I go grocery shopping. I am starting at 173 pounds, 5'6. Can't wait to see the end results!!

I am seeing alot of carbs in your daily meal plan. I suggest adding in some green, like salad, green vegetables, low calorie and tend to fill you up and keep you full. Adding about a cup of green beans to your dinner will make a huge difference.

I work at home too. I work out in the morning before I start my day, then when I take my breaks I try to throw something little in like some squats. I think the most important thing is to get in at least 30 good minutes in and to make sure you have a healthy diet.

It's not just the cardio vs strength training that helps your stomach, diet diet diet!! What you are putting in that belly just as much as your exercise determines how much fat sticks to the outside of it :) Go very clean and lean, high protein low carb.

If you are going from no exercise to exercise I would suggest starting off slow so that you don't throw too much at yourself and burn out quickly. Start walking first then add jogging or a workout dvd or gym time. It really depends on what type of exercise you prefer. Any activity is better than no activity at all. Good…

I did my first Romanian weights today, I tried heavier first and I had a rough time, went a little light to start. I would rather start light then add and be fine that start heavy and hurt myself.
