  • I leave as default, which i think is the Mifflin-St one.. I don't touch the optional options, just the top 6 questions :)
  • I've been using it without body fat and already shifted 5lbs with it. The body fat section is optional :)

  • Thanks for all your replies, I love the motivation this site/groups give you.. It drives me on and makes it very easy to stick to it.. Just to let you know, I never done the actual reset, I just went straight in for the 15% I've been weighing my self every few days (sorry) but can't keep away from them lol, plus seeing the…
  • Thanks very much @Noor13 :) @himel13 - Did you get all your stats from http://scoobysworkshop.com/accurate-calorie-calculator. As soon as I went with the stats on there that's when my weight loss started to fall, I just altered the calories on MFP to match on that side and that was it for me :) Keep going though, i know…
  • I drink a lot of soda/juice as well as water. I don't feel it has any impact on my weight loss etc. I drink diet soda/juice though, very limited calories and to be honest, I barely ever track the calories in juice as it's very very small. I do however want to cut down on soda, but only for the reason for my teeth, but…
  • Thanks Karin, didn't think it was going to be possible! Just glad I found this group. I was definitely starving my self before :)
  • Good job with your progress, long may it continue :)
  • Thanks very much, I'm over the moon. I'm now 176lbs, I've never been this low. Always failed to get below 180 and since doing this 'Eat More' the weight and inches are just falling off :) Didn't expect that amount in just a week, was hoping for 1, maybe 2 pound but not 5.. Actually enjoying eating more too :)
  • Had a wee look at that pdf, looks an interesting read. I'll give it a proper read after work. How are you getting on with the Eat More to Weigh Less
  • Thanks for the information - I changed my ratio over. Is there anything else you would recommend?
  • I put in all the stats that scooby advised, so 30% protein, 50% Carb and 20% fat Still getting used to all this, bit of a nightmare trying to keep educated on it all
  • Welcome. Just like you, I'm new to this, a little scary but I'm sure we'll get through it :) I've already started enjoying the extra calories, feel like i'm cheating :-p

  • Good luck with your journey :)
  • wow!! What a transformation!! You look fantastic, good job :)
  • I've just started doing this, I've taken the first steps and upped my calories. A little nervous and expecting weight gain, but from what everyone here is saying, I'm hoping after the 8 weeks mark i'll start shifting again. I went from 1400 calories to 2000 calories and doing the 15%, I'm diving in head first lol Good luck
  • Really??!! That's a scary thought! I struggled to eat my 1800 today never mind 2000+ So by going onto the 2000+ it's basically going to put weight on my for the next few weeks and then hopefully shift again?
  • Just to make sure I'm doing it correct, can someone have a look at the image ive taken and make sure I'm using the correct box for calories? http://i46.tinypic.com/ykrab.png
  • Thanks everyone for your replies, I'll also check out that youtube video tonight once I finish work. 2000 daily calories?? That's a lot to get through. I moved my calories from 1400 to 1800 yesterday and already struggling to get through them lol. What reduction on Scooby…
  • Thanks, I started taking them daily now :) Hopefully i'll stick to it
