Insanity Day 3
Hey all, just joined this group! I started Insanity on Monday and so far really enjoying it. I come from a cardio background, spend a lot of time running, walking, cross training etc but doing this dvd has really hit me hard. Food for Energy
Lately I'm feeling very tired and cant stop 'Yawning' I'm getting plenty of sleep and getting my regular gym visits and I normally stick with my calories etc etc (if you check my diary now it will show I'm over as I've just lowered my cals) I was wandering what type of food you lot all eat to maximise your energy levels?

WAS ALL GOOD, BUT NOW A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE
I've fell off the wagon this week, Chinese, McDonalds, lots of chocolates, Crisps (chips) etc etc etc - I'm doing the Eat More to Weight Less, when i started it was all great, started losing weight and inches etc, 5 weeks later, with the calorie increase; I am absolutely STARVING. Lowering my calories
Doing the EM2WL diet i increased from 1400 to 2051 daily calories. Been doing it for 2 weeks and struggling to eat my calories. Calories burned at the gym, some help?
MFP says that I should eat 1710 calories a day to lose 1 pound a week, today I went to the gym and had a cardio session burning 510 calories. Do I eat those 510 calories back as well as my 1710?
