Anyone from the UK recommend decent and cheap protein supplements I can use to use up some calories through the day as I feel I'm going to start eating junk to fill the extra calories I have..

I normally use http://www.discount-supplements.co.uk/ for supplements, was thinking something like Whey Protein?

The Nutri center offers natural whey protein (23 £/kg) or pea protein (12£/kg). It has no artificial sweeteners or flavours in it and you can add it to sweet and savoury food.

I'm enjoying the chocolate of ON gold

But Dolphin fitness is 5 quid cheaper

Not sure if they charge delivery but I also got some Power Bar Ride bars for ease at work so got free shipping, great service from Dolphin too so get my recommendation.

I got mine from Asda! Body Supreme £17 for 1kg. 111cals and 20g protien per scoop. I got strawberry flavour, but there is chocolate and vanilla I think... I have 2 scoops a day, one in porridge in the morning and another in with some greek yoghurt!

My Protein has some amazing deals on whey powders and is bar far cheapest for the biggest hit I think ............(according to me who doesn't use it that much, and others that i work with in sports who use it a lot! ), with taste and stuff balanced out!

Another agreeing with myprotein - I have the unflavoured whey - low in cals, sugar and carbs ;)
