Hey all, 28, from Glasgow, I'm quite new to MyFitnessPal. I'm currently doing the weight watchers diet and so far I've lost 3 stone.
In the past month I've lost my way and looking to get back on track so I thought I'd use MyFitnessPal to keep track.
