7th Week, ooft! :)

Hi guys,

I'm now onto my 7th week and feeling pretty well, My weight has been pretty much the same week in week out, the odd week it fluctuates but that's due to my bad eating choices but it always finds it's way back to my normal weight.

Week 5-6 was the hardest part of doing this, I went from struggling to eat my calories to being so hungry and eating all my calories before the night was out and still wanting more. I also went from having so much energy to having pretty much zero energy and each day was a constant struggle. That week also consisted of plenty of energy drinks to try keep me awake..

Week 7 and my frame of mind is pretty good, still peckish all the time, but have decided it's time to lower my calories 'a little' I originally went from 1400 calories to 2030 calories and now i'm going to around 1900, I'm going to go down gradually and try push my weight down more.

Today is my starting day with lowering my calories, so i've added plenty of protein shakes to try shake my hunger.

What do you guys recommend? I'm going from my 15% to 20%

    Glad you are feeling better
    Many of us had a hard time around week 5/6 including myself
