Insanity is a great workout.. I personally found it very high impact on my knees etc so i gave it up and started P90X, but recommend Insanity if you don't have any problems with knees etc
-
I'm also doing Insanity... Added you :)

Yea i'm a little concerned about this, but it has just happened when doing Insanity, so not sure if maybe she's just doing to much exercise. Hopefully it's nothing serious. I thought she would have eat more and would need to increase her intake, didn't expect this Thanks for the replies :)

She just boaked reading about the chocolate milk haha.. She has the 'No Hunger' issue all day, from morning until night. She gets through the workouts and is full of energy, sleeps well enough and drinks water but not gulps, drinks through the workouts.. She's not really sore afterwords, she was the first few days into it…

I started Insanity today and using a heart rate monitor to monitor calories.. You don't have to monitor them if you use the method in his guide :)

Agree, overnight oats are great

Cut up 1 fresh banana and 1 cup strawberries and blend them with your chocolate whey protein powder drink. The fresh fruit can add sweetness, along with numerous vitamins and minerals.
-
Probably best not monitoring sugar much, I've never watched my sugar intake, i'd imagine if i was i'd always be way over
-
Add peanut butter, I use that a lot with shakes, gives it a great kick :) Try mixing your shakes up, try different flavours like banana and blend in actual bananas with it...

Thanks, I'm glad I got through it, was a ruff ride :-/

Thanks everyone

I thought that my self, I'm going to increase my protein shakes to maybe 3 possibly 4 a day to try and get through this. I've set my macros to 40/30/30 but not sure how much I tend to stick with them :-p Maybe I should aim for going over them to make sure i'm getting enough? I used to eat a lot of tuna as well, maybe time…

Thanks Rosie, The past two weeks have been rather hellish with my craving for food and that's what set me off on my binging, I actually feel hungry around 15 minutes after eating, I just cant eat enough. Because I'm doing this metabolism reset, I don't want to 'Over Eat' I've been going with the recommendation on Scooby to…

Thanks for all the replies, I guess I'm just feeling a tad worried now as in the beginning when I first started I lost over 5lbs in the first week and then another 1lsb and now i'm putting it all back on and that's with doing my gym 1-3 times a week and eating 2051 cals, just seems to be all coming back on. I'll give it…

Joining this group has made me get over my 'stall' which I've struggled with for the past year, so I'm here to stay :) Hate the Haters :-p
-
I never done the reset, I went straight in with the 15%. I went from 1400 calories to 2051 and in the first week i lost 5lbs :) This week I lost 0.8lbs which was ok as this was what the scooby site predicted I should lose weekly. Like Mike said, all bodies are different :) Good luck :)

Everyone seems to be coming up with different stats Based on your 15% reduction, it comes out 2424. 20% is 2281 and this is based on the accurate scooby calculator using Female 297.5lbs 68.1 inches 40 years old Using http://scoobysworkshop.com/accurate-calorie-calculator
