I do not have this issue but could it be in your nose? Perhaps you should do saline nasal rinses. Sometimes sweat and bacteria can sit there and get nasty. I try to look at it like this: If I am at a deficit to lose weight, it is just a cut of a few hundred calories a day and that gives me results.
