Just starting again. 5 lbs and 3x a week exercise for September is my first mini goal. October will set a new goal.

1200 - 1300 seems about right to me (although so hard to do!). i'm 5'2" and 155. 1800 is way too high.

Spicy Beef Salad... YUMMY! and not nearly as bad as everythign else... know you weren't asking for other food suggestions - but that salad is one of my favorite things in the world so i had to share.... its filling too.

Use it on... *sandwiches instead of sauce *Mix it with hot sauce and eat with chicken *Dip your pretzels in it.
