You can choose any day you like. I even count days that aren't my normal day from time to time, so personnally my day might move around..others might be more strict. Basically a day when you have time to have a bowel movement first!

Getting back to exercising might help your stress. Even if it's just a 20 minute walk every day. Some is better than nothing. You have to keep taking care of yourself if you want to be any good for your mom!!! If you need more support feel free to add me as a friend on here!! :) You can do it!!

You could get some whey protein powder, blend that with milk or juice and a banana and that would be perfect!! At least that is what I have done!! You could actually put any fruit you want, I find the banana to make the shake thicker.

Going over by 200 is not a big deal and you are still with in your deficit!! I would not call it a mess up at all, we all have days where we go over, it's all good!!!

Two to three pounds is awesome!! You do not want to loose more than that, one pound is actually the healthiest...Sounds like you are doing well!

You can not deny yourself things you enjoy or you will do just what you are describing! Eat the things you enjoy from time to time but do it within reason! When we go to the olive garden for instance, I think ahead, and I look up the restaurant and look at the calories, deciding what I want to get. I might get the Ziti but…

I have never heard of a bar that did not have diet coke! I agree with others...you have to choose. If I want something extra, I earn it..I count it in my day...

I completely agree! I think twice before I eat things and now if I really want something like the pizza I had tonight, I earn it with a good workout first! I have really changed in the month and a half I have been on here and am loving it..feel free to add me if you'd like more support!

I hear you, but I am going to give it a shot anyway...I was reading posts today about weights people are aiming for which I can not begin to imagine, but I stick with my small goals and eventually get to a place I am comforable with...I know I am not comfortable with where I am now.

So funny! I was thinking the same thing the other day as I cleaned my house! Not only was it easier but I loved that I was burning calories and could enjoy my evening meal! Lots of things are easier and I have only lost 9 lbs, so I imagine that I will continue to find more I enjoy again!

I wonder if you have seen your doctor? I would go for a physical if you have not already? Maybe adding more protein will help but you should make sure you don't have anything else going on as well... Katy

It is not unusual to gain a few pounds during your menstration. You will retain more water at that time of the month. It will come back off...just drink more water and flush it out....:happy:

You can and you should eat treats from time to time. I have a little bit of chocolate almost every day, the difference is I have smaller quantaties. You can eat the things you like, just not as much as you used to...if you deprive yourself all together, you will have difficulty sticking with eating healthier.

I agree with everyone else! Take care of you! Logging your food, being aware, and the walks are probably great for you right now! But I would not over do it, you need to be good to you right now! I good massage might be beneficial!!
