Maybe try a totally different workout. P90X or ChaLean Extreme or Jillian Michaels 30 day shred w/walking. Change it up completely. That worked for me. My kids are 5 & 2, I work fulltime. I get off at 4 and head to the gym til 5, get my boys fromd daycare then head home to prepare dinner. i've been soda free for about 5 weeks! I dropped 3 lbs when I stopped soda! I do miss the taste though. BUt I know one day the craving for the taste will go away.

fruit in a teether worked great for my oldest. I would put watermellon, peaches and pears in it, he loved it!!! Then Tylenol and Orajel, the teething tablets didnt seem to help him.

ground turkey: spaghetti, meatballs, tacos, meatloaf, turkey burgers, casseroles, etc. Use it inplace of hamburger for anything!! You cant even tell most of the time.

I have endometrios, cramps are horrendous during ovulation and period. So i googled home remedies (dont want a hysteremcy at 34!!) and I take ground flax seed, about 2-3 tablespoons a day, just sprinkle it on my cereal in the morning. It has helped me tons!!! Wish I had known about this a long time ago!!!!

I cheated and did not keep track. I did well for breakfast and lunch for my holiday weekend it was dinner that was bad. Oh well, I still weigh the same this morning.

Thanks for asking this question, I had been wondering the same thing :) I ate a little too much for my 4th of July yesterday and I am up 3 lbs since yesterday morning. I know its just water weight and will be gone in a day or two. I still didnt like seeing that on the scale.
