  • The only thing I have a problem with is foods w/dye in them. My son is super sensitive to dyes in foods. They make him bounce of the walls totally uncontrollable HYPER!!!   • I did it and was over 900 cals a day. Each shake was 220-300 cals. I did it for breakfast & lunch. I had 2-3 healthy snacks a day and a sensible dinner. It worked great for me.   • I did good, Only had one tootsie lollipop. Yes I logged it ... was still under calories for the day :) The leftover candy was brought to work as was some of my kids candy. They dont need quite that much and I'm sure wont even notice its missing.
  • I've done Wii version and actual classes. I prefer the classes, easier to follow along and a whole lot funner. I tend to burn more calories in an actual class too. I go Tuesdays & Thursdays.

  • yes!!!!!!!!! You must be honest w/yourself though. Count cals correctly.-- measure & weigh your food. Heart rate monitor helps if you plan on exercising.

  • Have you tried their under 500 cal menu? Those items are tasty and filling. I get the steak & shrimp w/steamed veggies & taters. The amount is small compared to one of their regular menu items. But you dont need more.

  • Get a heart rate monitor. I use one and its amazing how different the calories burned are on my monitor vs the treadmill & ellipitical. For me the elipitical is harder....i prefer the treadmill. But I do both anyways. I add in the stationary bike sometimes too.
