I tried it a while ago and put on weight as I was so constipated! Horrible pains in my tummy. Not a good diet, you are better eating sensibly with lots of fruit and veg and increasing exercise.

Have you tried making your own - Easy Yo is great and very economical. All you need is the Easy Yo Kit and then you can make your own using a tub of live yogurt, fresh milk (which you have heated up and then left to cool) and some dried milk powder.
