I weigh 129 pounds 58.5kgs and set at sedentary I eat 1355 cals a day and exercise between 500-1200 cals burnt per day sometimes I eat them back sometimes I don't I eat 4-6 times a day and my weight fluctuates between 57-60 kgs a week I'm building a lot of muscles so don't really mind.

I Started on 1200 cals per day and it worked for about 3 months I dropped about 12 kilos then I started putting muscle on and was losing no fat so after some advice from a nutritionist I upped them to 1355 and amazingly just those 155 cals more made a huge difference I'm starting to lose the fat and although the scales…

It's not so much the scales that I care about but the muscle definition I want a clear six pack!! And pictures are deceiving when you change your profile pic it always seems to stretch and make you look skinnier and long then you are lol.

My mum had told me I was over weight my whole life telling me about how much she weighed at my age etc etc then all of a sudden whe I finally get skinnier then her only just she turns around and says I'm to skinny!! Grr she just likes looking better then I reckon.

My goal weight is 119lbs I'm currently between 126-129 and I do have wide hips and big ribs with no waist which makes me look bigger the more I weigh! I do have a lot of muscle and about 18-19% body fat.

That mfp allows girls with eating disorders to get together and push each other to lose even more weight some of these people are skin and bones the profiles should be stopped!!

I'm 5/7 and weigh 127 I want to lose 8 more that's it just so you can see my six pack that's hiding under it but it's not budging I've just upped my calories by 150 a day and eating 5 times instead of 2-3 it seems to be helping. Feel free to add me!

I leave from anywhere between 0-1100 it varies frequently and I don't seem to be losing any wait but then may be gaining muscle.

I'm from Australia I'm 171cms (5.7-5.8) weight 58 kgs (128) and wear aus 8-10 in both tops and bottoms which is I think a 4-6? I've got wide hips and big ribs and no waist pretty much straight up and down :/
