  • I do it too sometimes...lazy also because I do cook all the time and have ever measuring gadget made, but I still eyeball it sometimes. But when you cook 3 or 4 meals a day for years your pretty good at eyeballing measurements. You will probably be fine1
  • I don't have any equipment and live to far away from any gyms...so I guess my workouts will consist of the T Tapp workout program I have on tape and walking. Not sure how I can manage strength training right now. The T Tapp really does work muscles so hopefully for now that will have to do. I am open to any suggestions.
  • Just downloaded the VirtuaGym and hope this and this group can keep me focused and motivated. I have been looking for someone to be a partner...hard to stay motivated alone.
