  • You did do the right thing and you should feel good about it. You both deserve to feel excited to be with some one. You are still young and it may feel like you are all alone, but time will heal this. It is more likely you feel you lost your best friend more then a boy friend. Try to keep in touch with him after a few days…
  • Well tht all depends on what you like to eat....There are plenty of pre-portioned meals that you can buy and microwave. Lean cuisine, Wieght watchers. etc. If you want a healthy meal you don't have to cook, try peanut butter and jelly on whole wheat, hell you won't even have to refridgerate that. Really depends on…

  • I love to sweat while I'm working out... My Motto: "If I ain't drippin, I ain't droppin". LOL Some days I sweat more then others and I just let it happen.
  • Honestly, people who give out such a nickname should be ashamed of themselves. Personally, I believe you can do exercises to keep the chest tight so you shouldn't worry about it.
  • Maybe you should just try to use the healthy request or lower sodium versions of soup. That way you won't wash away the flavor it has.
  • have you tried using Aussie? It really works on tangled hair and you may not have to cut it. Get the conditioner and try to comb out the hair while it is wet (preferably while still IN the shower) I buy both the conditioner and the 3 minute miracle. My hair is curly and hard to manage, this is some of the best stuff I have…

  • Do you add these treats into your regular eating habits? If you did afford yourself something special once in awhile you may not feel the need to over do it when you do. Why are they in your house? only you can answer that but it would be best to NOT keep all three at the same time LOL. I usually get dark chocolate and put…
  • I have had two tattoos recently and I have not had any problems with sweat bothering them, the friction part is what you should worry about and possibly strectching the area. Apply whatever Tattoo goo, H2Ocean etc... to the area when working out. If you notice anything that what cause you to ease up, I'm sure you will and…
  • #2 is very elegant
  • Thanks, even my husband enjoyed it and that is sayin something. LOL
  • I try to keep my meals evened out through the day but it sometimes varies. I do 300 x 3 meals and 100 x 3 snacks. But it can be 200 at breakfast, 180 first snack. 320 for lunch and 80 for second snack and so on.... you should try to fuel your body all day long so you don't hit a starvation mode. I try to get all my…

  • I personally don't see why you NEED to tell him. Unless he comes to you about it and asks, eventually he may do that. But if you feel you must, I would ask him if he believes in the true meaning of christmas first. You may find out he may only still believe because he thinks he won't get presents otherwise.
  • I know exactly how you feel....it is a big deal to actually be able to cross your legs. I hurt my hip when I first started because I was always doing it LOL, years of not doing it and age I guess but it is much better now and it feels GREAT!!!
  • Makes you wonder huh? #4 is something I have noticed just recently.....I was looking at soups. I saw a healthy request soup that had all the nutritional information (ok, not so bad) but when I looked at the same soup in the microwave container, and about 3 oz less than the first one. All the nutritional information was…

  • NOOOOOO! Don't give in yet. If you must, take a breather then take a day off....but get back in gear and kick its butt. Take measurements, have you lost any inches? maybe that will boost your spirits. You need to feel better in your clothes, Don't you? Find something to keep you going..to push past this phase.
