I was just wondering if anyone has tried or uses the Jillian Michaels Meal Replacement shakes and How they use them. I hardly think that 180 calories is a full meal (in my eyes anyway) I usually try to get at least 300-350 calories per meal. Should I add a side salad to it or something?
