Protein Meal Replacements

I was just wondering if anyone has tried or uses the Jillian Michaels Meal Replacement shakes and How they use them.
I hardly think that 180 calories is a full meal (in my eyes anyway) I usually try to get at least 300-350 calories per meal.
Should I add a side salad to it or something?

    Add fruit and vegies to it. Spinach and Romaine work good then blend some fruit.

    You could always add fruits, or maybe peanut butter.

    Those things have 19g of sugar and she has the audacity to call them HEALTHY? What a con artist. If I tried to drink that as a meal I'd go *way* over my carbs for the day, and I'd be on a sugar high for an hour and then crash and be hungry again.

    I always add banana and peanut butter to mine. yummy

    i use muscle milk or myoplex.. both around 300 calories
