  • You may want to refresh its battery...sometimes mine does that when it needs to be changed LOL
  • In my opinion....Stirfry shouldn't be too bad. If you make it at home and know what is going into it..like chicken and veggies, and a low sodium soy sauce. I LOVE chinese food as well and I find it soooooo hard to resist. But I do STAY AWAY from the buffets.
  • Most Definitely....there is a big difference. There are smoother lines and you look great! Keep up the good work. What have you been doing? Cuz the abdominals are an area I need more work on.
  • Sounds like a plateau. Try changing up your work out as well, do something your body hasn't gotten used to like a zumba class or jumping rope. Pushing past the stuck point is often a bewildering task. You start wondering what is going on and the scale dosen't budge, but you are still making changes....remember that. Muscle…
  • I don't usually add back the calories from exercise....I don't see how that will help either LOL but I will use it as a cushion if I need an extra 10 or 15 calories. I guess it takes away some of the guilt for me.

  • ABSAFREAKINLUTELY!!!!!! I would go nuts if I couldn't ever have DARK CHOCOLATE. So Yes, give yourself the room for it. If you don't you will crave it and go overboard. I usually buy a small bar and throw it right in the freezer. When I have a craving I break a piece off and count it in with my calories. I do also count…
  • Meats have no carbs.... but higher calories. Turkey, beef, fish but they also bring your protiens up as well. stick to proper portion size also.
  • I LOVE General Tso's Chicken.....But I read recipes like I read science fiction.. I get all the way through it and I say "Well THAT is never gonna happen" Thanks for the recipe though, maybe I will try it. Getting all the ingedients is the thing I have to work on.
  • Try drinking water before eating (at least a glass) this will trigger your brain to fill full about 20 min. later. Also try nuts, thats a good idea. carrots, celery any low cal veggies that you can munch on that will take up space in your belly. Snacking is good for your diet as long as it is the right stuff. Crunching…
  • Well, you need to eat to give your body nutrients to survive. I know you may find this hard to except but you got where you are and you can stop worrying soooo much. Add a few calories at a time, if you feel anxious make those calories in a veggie form, or a fruit. For your issues, start really small, add 25 more each day…
  • Amy, Hello, I too have been fighting the lbs. I lost about 60 lbs in 2004 and have seemed to put back 40 of it over the last 5 years. Now I have put myself back on the wagon. So far I have lost 24 lbs but only 12 since I have been involved with this website. I am doing good, however I think it is widely due to the Gym…
  • LOL....I know you probably feel more upset with yourself over this, but it is OK to slap that skinny girl around a bit. Know get back in gear and work it off. This is not a big problem to fix. Once in awhile you should and CAN have the "bad" stuff, that way you don't crave it for not having it and go on a binge that is…

  • I don't have much faith in this GM Diet, based on the first part that they ask you to drink 10 glasses of water a day and eat alot of melon. LOL There is such a thing as drinking too much water and melon is also comprised of water in addition to what they suggest you drink. Too much water can be harmful to a persons…
