  • my all-time fav snacks, that i eat every day: greek nonfat plain yogurt with apple slices 1 whole-wheat pita with 2 tbsp hummus a home-made protein bar or store-bought, like luna or larabar banana hard-boiled egg
  • i eat about 50g/day, on 1800-2000 cal/day, and sometimes i go over-i haven't noticed any gains. mostly it all comes from PB, avocados, almonds, olive oil-healthy fats. it's really more when i carbo-load one day and don't exercise it all off that i really see the bloating and gain.
  • have you used PB2 for these? 45 cals/serving. i'm obsessed with anything peanut butter/protein these days so i can't wait to try these.
