Whats a good source for determining what your body weight would be at a certain percentage body fat? I actually kind of picked my goal weight at random. I just checked my BMR on the link suggested above and it says that I should be eating 2000-2300 calories a day (light to moderate exercise). MFP originally put me at 1370.
