I workout 5-6 times a week but alternate workouts. I am a huge fan of the Les Mills classes they offer at my gym. I just finished C25K and ran my first 5K last Saturday, so I am also going to start running 3 miles 2x per week to hopefully work up to a 10K in the spring.
