Im unsure of how much i lose in a month.. its definately not more than 10 lbs but i am okay with that. I dont want to lose significant amounts in a month because the quicker you lose the more loose skin your going to have in the long run and people who tend to lose large amounts quickly are more prone to have rebounding…

me too!!! the jump rope makes my calves burn and the bicycle crunches i used to hate, but i just mastered them the other day. i start day 10 tomorrow so im still in level one. ughh!

Just did Day 9! the first day i couldnt get through without having to break and i couldnt do the bicycle crunches. i did it today on level 1 and didnt even break a sweat or get out of breath and was able to do the bicycle crunches without stopping! good luck everyone! Feel free to add me :)
