I got on the scales and was freaked out by the weight that popped up, and said this has got to stop! Depends how you feel. I eat some of my calories back and to be honest it's the main reason I exercise. I say eat as you feel, just try and leave a few calories each day :)

I always pick the highest calorie choice if i'm not sure just to be onthe safe side. That way you're sure it;s enough. Don't think of it as cheating, you are still allowed to treat yourself sometimes :)
