Fitnessblender is a site I use all the time...it's great - loads of free workouts and a lot of variety. I also find Youtube very good. All you need is a set of dumbells and away you go!!

Hi Coreen Welcome on board. I'm only back logging and exercising again over the last couple of weeks. Like you I was going great guns for a long time and then I just lost motivation. It's never too late, so press that play button girl! Feel free to add me :-)

I'm also looking for more friends to keep me motivated. Just sent you a request Patty.

You look amazing - well done!

I've only just returned to myfitnesspal too so feel free to add me. My weight crept back up in recent months & I'm determined to get back in shape. Don't feel ashamed or down...everybody has their bad days (bloody hell, I had a bad year!!! eating and drinking all round me! :ohwell: ) The only way is up from here on in &…

I know how you're feeling as I think we all have days when we feel bad about ourselves and nothing in our wardrobe looks right. Personally I think you have a fab figure...I wish I had your waist!!...I think you could wear a lovely LBD and a nice pair of heels, you'd carry it off no problem.

I only accept requests from people who have a little be of info about themselves on their profile. I don't like accepting randomers with no info as you never know who they might be!!!!

You look stunning girlie...and your last statement is so, so true. :flowerforyou:

You look fantastic...well done :)

Never heard of it...but sounds yummy!!

I'm doing it but I wouldn't do it every day as I go to boxing class 2 nights a week and I like to go for a run on Saturdays. I think it works just as well for me doing it like this. Think I'd get bored if I had to do the same routine every day.

That is part of the problem right there. You should not be going 3 days without a bowel movement - This can leave you bloated, sluggish and feeling heavy. You might need to increase your fiber intake or maybe go to a health shop and look for something gentle (and natural) to get things moving again.

Hi guys Thanks for all the replies - I'm glad I'm not alone with this as I thought I was doing something wrong!! I used to be a demon for salt but I have cut this down a lot since starting MFP & my bloated tummy isn't as bad as it had been. I just seem to notice it more after exercise for some reason. I'll give the protein…

You look fantastic...well done

What about some baked salmon (you could do this the night before), pasta salad with olive oil, cherry tomatos, feta cheese & olives. Quiche is also always good...make it youself to keep it low fat.

what GorrillaNJ said... I really thinks pills like that can cause more harm than good...really not worth it in my opinion.
-
sounds good...will defo give these a try :)

I personally find banana's or bread a bit heavy on my stomach before I work out...I usually just have an apple if it's a morning work out with some water - just so I don't feel dizzy or faint.

Oh I just love that feeling!! Well done Kelz  :drinker:

That is exactly why my hubby and I decided to get a little house with proper cooking facilities this time round. Not only were we looking to cut down on cost but at least if I can cook us breakfast and lunch rather than going to the bars and restaurants we're not inclined to have a lot of naughty things. Then when we do go…

You look fab!!! Well done :drinker:  :flowerforyou:

I'm in the same boat...I'm off alcohol for a few weeks to try and shift the last few lbs but I'm worried that when I go on hols and start drinking again I'll pile it all back on. We're renting a house so won't have access to a gym so I'm hoping if I bring my 30 day shred DVD & do 20 mins each morning before I head out for…

Ouch!! That's a loootttt!!!! Think I might just have 1/2 that bagel for my lunch then!!

Elleinnz you look absolutely stunning!!! Well done  :flowerforyou:

I'm Irish - living in Dublin. I have to say I think the Food Database is fairly balanced as I've never had any problems finding Irish and British brands. The good thing is if you do have a brand of food that's not in the dbase you can enter the info yourself and then it's there forever more :) Welcome to MFP

Defo second the protein - eggs & wholemeal toast are great or even a bowl of soup. Also make sure you're drinking lots of water as you're body will need it with all the workouts :)
