  • That's wonderful! Way to go!!!!
  • I can't make it to the gym at all so I work out at home. I have a heavy bag and that really helps be decompress from a stressful day. Even if I only hit it for 20 minutes, it's a great work out. And usually after that, I'm all pumped to do some rope work or sit ups. Hang in there. You'll feel great once you get going!
  • Having friends can def help. I used to count calories on a phone app but it's not like this. Here you get to hear the attaboys! and cheers. It's much different. I would also like to build my circle. Anyone who would like to add me, please do!

  • I used to do Krav Maga. It was a blast. My schedule doesn't allow me to go back, but I crave it!
  • I'm in the High Desert near Las Vegas. We should be taking a trip that way this summer. Should be great!
  • I really dig salmon. My fave was going to a costco or Sam's club and buying a big jar os Asian spices. Throw some of that on the Salmon and bake. It is Yummy, Yummy YUMMY! Throw it on a bed or bronw rice and some steamed veggies and you are good to go! A more adventurous (and not as light) is a salmon panang. For those who…
  • I have three kids and I have to say my fave is the blueberry-strawberry desert. YUMMY! I may have to pick a few of those jars up. But welcome and I hope you find the support you need to meet your goals!

  • Are you on the west coast, Kas? I'm in Cali, too!
  • I haven't sung in a while, at least in front of an audience, Cherokee. I had a medical procedure which shortened my range, but I understand what you're saying about letting it all flow through you. Thanks for the input!
  • My husband is going through the same thing. He has alwys been stalky, but he recently went from about 180 to 225 pounds. He's not a very tall guy so you can really see the difference. I love him very much and really didn't see the weight gain until we looked at a few older pics of each other. What a shock that was. I have…
  • My non-fat latte is about 210! I'm going to have to go back to drip brew. Even if I add the full fat flavored creamer, it's still WAY less than the latte. Oh well. It's a great way to save about 100 cals!

  • WOWzers! You did so great! I hope to be able to come close to that! Keep it up!
  • I don't travel, but job also has long hours and is very stressful. I know I have fallen prey to the same situation time and time again. I too hope to be able to stop it at MFP. I have the support of my hubby and the community and so do you! Lots of luck and I know you will be successful.
  • I agree that you have to make sure to lose it for the right reasons, otherwise, it will come back. I've been there countless times. Keep your head up.
  • Awesom! Hope it's working for you!
  • My bro has diabetes so I know how hard it can be to keep the diet under control. I'm new here as well, but it seems like a very friendly community with a lot of encouragement. Lots of luck and let me know how it goes.
  • Have you tried to change up your routine? Sometimes your body becomes accustomed to your workout and you need to do something a little different. I struggle with this, too. I have seen some results by using the 30-Day Shred and mixing in some jogging and cardio three times a week. On the weekends I try to do something…
