It can be scary to increase your calories but it sounds like that may be what you need. I increased from 1200 to 1360 and it started my weight loss again. I will have to revamp my calories again.

Jump rope, jumping jacks, burpees, mountain climbers, shadow boxing. These are all great cardio exercises that help burn calories!

I like to shred my chicken add some low fat mayo, mustard, some cranberries and walnuts for a tasty and healthy chicken salad. It's about 230 cals for a serving. You can add it to greens or on toast for a sandwich.

We have similar goals. I started at a higher weight than you, but I'm at 170 now. I want to get down to about 140 or 130. This is a great place to get motivation and support.

As I mop I do a little plie or squat as I push the mop outwards. I also do some plies as I dip and dunk the mop back into the bucket. I also agree that adding music will get you moving a little faster.

Which piece of equpment did you buy? I only have some hand weights and the Total Gym and you know what? I love and use my hand weights a lot more than the TG! My hubby uses the TG so it's not going to waste. Try going to fit tv.com or even do a search on YouTube. You may find some good exercies there.

I haven't tried it but from what I've seen it looks like a lot of leg exercises put together in different ways to help maximize their effectiveness. I think a lot of these videos will work as long as you also follow a balanced nutritional plan.
