I'm the same way. What really worked for me was finding a picture from when I started and taking one right now. I kept wondering if there was any change, well when I saw the pics side by side I really saw the difference. Try it. It helped me get a new perspective for sure.

I have gone from lifting 5 pounds hand weights to 10 and sometimes 15! I can also jog for about 2 miles now!

Going to Disneyland with the entire family and some friends. I really don't like to go out and that day since it seems forced to be romantic. I'd rather just have a great day with my family and the ball and chain.

On at least three days a week I work out at about 9 or 9:30 for about an hour. I do find, though, that it takes me a little longer to wind down.

Hey there. Well, there really is no way to spot lose weight. You have to lose it all over, but you can target the area and tone it up. Once you start losing weight you will see them reduce. Then you can go on to the toning and muscle building portion which is so important! Good luck and congrats on being a mommy!

I'd say they're low impact aerobics or dancing. Stripping usually helps with muscles in your legs. That's why I dig it!

I'm right there now. I buy jeans at Walmart because the Faded Glory bootcuts are only about $12 and they do have some lycra in them. That does allow you to go down a size without being unconfortable. The only problem I see with them is that when they are too big, they tend to tent some. At that price I will buy three and…

I just bought one and I was very disappointed. I bought the Mio and it's the one that you have to use two fingers to get your heart rate. It doesnt work all the time and when I was on the treadmill it said i was burning about 100 calories more than what the machine said. I'm taking it back and am going to invest in a Polar.

I like it a lot better than the elliptical because it's not as hard on my knees. Since I am jogging as well, on the days I don't hit the trail or treadmill, I want to do some cardio that's not so hard on my joints. I loves it!!

You're adorable! Saddle bags are the outer hip areas that stick out a bit too far. I like my curves and just want them toned not gone.

It can be a little hard at first, but you will be able to do this. I remember thinking I wouldn't be able to feel full on the calories I started with, but after a few weeks I was fine. Then when I increased my calories, I found it hard to eat them all. =0)
