if your settings are set to what mfp recommends as a default, that amount of protein is too low. my opinion and the opinion of most other people here is that you should actually be eating more protein than what mfp recommends. it helps keep you full and is important for your body to use to repair itself after exercise.…

personally, i would just up your activity level to account for the commute and eat that level of calories consistently :)

1) i collect coffee table books. 2) i can pick most small things up with my toes. 3) i have to brush my teeth before i wash my hands before i wash my face so everything gets clean. 4) i only use colgate classic toothpaste. 5) i have 3 cowlicks.

most other sites don't assume you're tracking exercise calories and then eating them back. so if you burn a crapload of calories and eat 3500 GROSS cals on the yellow site, and eat 1300 here, plus eating back all your exercise cals, the numbers will probably be closer together. does that make sense?
