for starters, you need to be netting somewhere in the range of 1,200+ calories. don't work out so much if you can't make yourself/ don't want to eat that much food. cut your carbs by half at least and increase your protein by about 50% and you should start to see some more striking results in body composition and weight…

i'd take the million for sure. pay off my college loans, buy a car, buy a condo, pay off my mom's house, get braces, travel a bit.

for meats, i look for a 'raw' entry in the database and just use that. so if i'm making a 1/4 pound burger, i'll add 4oz. raw ground beef to my diary. for veg, i just use measuring cups and almost always eat them raw. pasta, etc. i will go by the serving size on the box and i generally weigh items like that in grams…

my car doesn't currently have air conditioning so i need a shower ANYWAY when i'm running errands. i definitely don't plan to meet the love of my life in my local grocery store so i don't mind looking a mess. definitely more important to me to economize my time in my furnace of a car any time i go out haha

you'll just have to suck it up and either work more than one job or stay with your parents until you're out of your community college. another option would be looking for roommates who can share rent, but at that point you might as well stay home where it's free.

that sounds like way too many carbs and those bread products will have a lot of sugar in them, even if they don't taste sweet. cut down on your carbs, add more protein, and eat more fat! FAT WILL NOT MAKE YOU FAT. it will help keep you full and reduce cravings for other types of foods. good luck :)
