starting an herb garden!
what herbs would you grow in a fresh herb garden? so far i have ideas for the following: basil oregano thyme dill rosemary sage chives lavender i do not like cilantro, so that suggestion will fall on deaf ears ;) what other herbs do you like? i figure the more suggestions i get, the more adventurous my cooking will become!

rewards - how do you ration them out?
Morning everyone! I've been thinking about this and I'd love input. I've got my rewards set up for milestone weights like many of you. My question though, is how long do you stay at that weight before you give yourself the reward? Like, if I give myself a pair of shoes when I hit 165, how long should I be at or below 165…

suggestions for a workout split? lifting dudes!
I'm currently doing Strong Lifts 5x5 and the C25K interval program. I've been lifting M/W/F and running T/Th/S but I'm running into a time issue with school and work. Does it really matter that much if I lift and then do the C25K on the same days? A longer stay at the gym 3 days a week is a lot more manageable than half…
