Make your own homemade items, better portion controls, knowing what in it and it taste delicious. I will have a pizza, I take bread, put some meat, cheese, other veggies and toast it in the oven. Yum! Perfect for those days you just want pizza but know you don't have the calories!

Its not expensive to buy fruit, veggies and meat. Packaged food is expensive. Buy in bulk and divide up. Make premade meals ahead of time. Frozen veggies is great. I also find Walmart has the best prices. DON'T BE CHEAP ON YOUR HEALTH. Plus ramen noodles are nasty.

A notebook, is an easy way to track for him. Just search what the items are on here and write them in a notebook for him.

You don't need the shoe, I have the clip that attaches to your lace. The clip is about 10$. Works great, my friend has the watch, which doesn't show time/laps so she wears two watches.

Get running shoes, and to be honest they can change the style of shoes and it all depends on how they fit your feet. For example I really like New Balance, but this time I bought asics(?). Try them all on, and jog on the spot. Ask the staff if you have a high arc or a neutral foot. Buy according to that as well! Good Luck!

I can't say anyone can recomend a certain brand. Try every pair on and see what you find to fit and comfortable.

I have a Weight Watchers Brand one, it has the ounces along with pounds.

They start you out slowly and you can repeat steps if you need extra practice!

I hate the new program. I found I did not loose any weight because of the fruit and veggies, mainly the fruit.... Its really not any different than MFP other than calories to points which I found to be a bigger pain.

Get a rubber band, put on your wrist and snap everytime you gind yourself doing it. It will help to become aware. Also there is a nail polish that tastes nasty that is for nail bitters. I don't know what its called but I'm sure you can find at any retailers.

depending on size u can put it in the microwave with holes jabbed and the scrap with fork and I usually put marg and pepper on it!

Ahh I am so in the same boat! I was doing fantastic about the week before the wedding and normally I have great self control I lost it all just before the wedding and then kept saying I will wait another, then another day until I became too scared to look at the scale. Well today I did and immediately started counting…

Soup/stews are always a good option and the nice thing is if anything is left over you can freeze. I wish I had a better answer, I'd love to hear your responses you get.
