No Yolks noodle pasta I really like and it seems a decent calorie amount. And you can use it for anything. I've done cheesey, alfredo, you could do a tomatoey type(I don't like tomatoes).

My work out plans change frequently, I'm horrible with this because of shift work(I know not an excuse), and I have about 30 more pounds to lose.

By the way, I've just made her Alfredo Sauce, except I didn't use those noodles. I find them nasty. Egg Noodles are fantastic with it!!

Some are good, some are bad. I've also changed some of the recipes to make them even better. Try 'em out!

Have you pooped lately? 'Cause that can cause an increase. The food you eat still can cause a small change and if you aren't having a regular movement.

It has a lot of nutrition in the yolk. I usually will just eat the whole egg unless I'm ready needing to lower my calories. But 70 for a large egg isn't terrible at all.

The BBQ sauce is nasty, and the chocolate syrup leaves an awful aftertaste.

Buy whatever protein you choose, veggie and a carb. Also buy several plastic freezable containers and make enough for a week or two and freeze the meals. I do this, and its nice to have a basic ready to reheat meal, and then add any sauces you may like or spices. I've done a large meat ball, mixed frozen veggies, and…

Do something time consuming, read, watch tv, go outside to play, youtube videos until you just crash! Anything you can do to keep your self busy.

I gained weight when I started WW new program, and then when I saw this site and saw how many a calories a banana has, and I was eating 3 a day as it kept me full I just about has a freak out. I never lost weight on the new program, I actually gained. Stick to one, not do both.

Mine is similar as well, Weekend before is with my Dad/step mom, xmas eve is with his parents before supper, and after supper with my mom/step dad, then xmas morning with my mom/step dad, and evening with his family. at his aunt's house.

I enjoy them for adding extra protein as a breakfast meal. It helps keep me feeling full and its low cal/carb/sugar and keeps that down for the day. For losing weight it is important that extra protein is given to us.

Just don't drink the coffee creamer...It takes a while to get used to black coffee, or just add skim milk. Gives the colour and a bit of taste w/o the calories.

sounds like a great plan, I know my days off I will walk and do weights and the cardio days I just do cardio!
