My fiance had a pair of his ex wife's jeans in an old pile of cloths. I tried them on months ago and they were tight. like lie on the bed to zip them up/ so tight the zipper wont stay up/ cutting into the waist leaving marks kinda tight. Well I came home after dropping 26lbs and they fit. I could stand up button and zip them. They are still a little snug but, I could wear them out and feel comfortable I was always self conscious that she was smaller than me so I feel great now lol
But this leads to the question. I have a size 18 jeans and 16's and they both fit the same, like EXACTLY the same as one another. These 12's are a little snug but fit very similar. I have yet to record any inches lost around my waist either. It is like the twilight zone of weight loss. Anyone else have the same issue with jeans?

That's funny! Re: jeans, every brand and style fits differently for me too. I think that's normal.0

Yes, I have a pair of 15s that fit nicely, a pair of 13s that fit the same, and a pair of 13s that I can't wear yet. My 16s are either WAY too big or fit well enough to wear them with a belt. Different brands size clothes a little differently. Also the cut of the jeans can make a big difference and whether they are stretch or not. Because you know on top of size you have loose fit, relaxed fit, boot cut, straight leg, skinny jeans, flared leg, low rise, high waist, apple bottom, etc. It's anybody's guess how they figure out the sizes.
Congratulations on your weightloss.0 -
Don't you wish they made all womens clothes the same, like they do with men's? It is such a pain.0

Awesome job but curious to know why you would want to wear your husbands ex wife's jeans? Why not just burn them?0
