I always work out in the morning then eat. I feel sick if I eat and then work out. It is good to.eat right after a workout or so I am told by my friends that run a gym. Eat while you are still sweating and burning calories.

I think I am eating. I eat A LOT more than I did before I started dieting and exercising. I eat 1200 to 1000 calories a day and its usually all healthy.

According to this app I am getting the correct amounts in everything. I get 7 to 8 hours of sleep. I bike 5 days a week more or less and 6 to 14 miles a day. I do more when I eat more so the range varies. I wonder if I should take a break but thay just doesn't mske sense to me.
