I created a photobucket account. Upload photos from your computer to the photobucket site. Under each picture there will be codes. Copy the one that has the "IMG" in it and post it. Hope this works. I am down 27 lbs so far. Two kids (one 16, one 7). 30 day shred and Slim n 6-pack (10 min ab video) 5'6 Starting weight 178 lbs (was 171 at delivery ugh!) Down to 158. Currently between 151-153 still working at it.

Awesome job. I have lost 27 lbs and am so ready to rock a pencil skirt. Def. need to go shopping soon as I went from a 12 down to 6's & 8's now. You look great girl! Very stylish.

Let that be your motivation. The 30DS really does work! Stay committed to it. I lost 7 lbs but over 10 inches on it. Its awesome. I would also suggest taking measurements you would be surprised how many inches you lose. Good Luck on your journey.

I loved the shred. It is tough though. I have heard of complaints with peoples knees because of the jumping jacks etc. You do use weights in the circuits. However I used light ones (5 lbs on most and 3 lbs on one exercise). The workout is about 27 minutes, you do 3 minutes of strength (lunges with a shoulder raise, squats…

I did both. I lost 10lbs and about 18 inches from the 30 day shred, then I did Slim n 6 and lost 4 lbs and 6.25 inches with Slim n 6. So now I am back to Jillian Michaels DVD's. I do like the "short" workouts on Slim in 6. They have an abs one and Thin Thighs one that are about 11 minutes each. So I do those on my breaks…
