Morning is the best time to weigh in, as like people have mentioned you do gain weight through out the day. 3Ibs is totally normal. I would suggest you weigh in at a similar time everytime you weigh in this way you will see a more realistic result! Hope this helps. Take care.

You will always find someone who will think any tattoos are trashy. I disagree. I have a wrist tattoo which says Nan with two little hearts at either side. It means alot to me so I don't care what others think. Do what you think is best Hun =) Take care x

I've lost almost 55Ibs and eat bread quite alot!! I think it depends on the person but personnaly have never had any difficulties losing weight while eating the stuff!! =)
