Really worth it!!! I rince them for 3 minutes in hot water... Then I put in a pan with chicken and vegetables, with low sodium soya sauce and spicy sauce... mmm mmm good I buy them on lowcarbcanada : Shiratiki noodles :D

Yes, I do understand this slow method since I was doing Weight Watchers for months etc... I used to lose 5-6 pounds then hit a huge plateau.... I monitor everything that I eat and making sure that I dont starve... I like what I eat ;) Thanks :)))

Maybe your body is in starvation mode? My doctor told me thats what happened to me for over a year... I would only eat 1000-1200 calories and burn 500 calories a day... I dont know if this is what it is though, it wasnt that for me cause when I started eating more I gained back some weight... But I would try it!!!

I dont have the answer but I have another idea that you could do!!! Take 2 little yogourts (fat free, low calories like Source or silhouette) Add a scoop of protein or half a scoop, mix it together Then add strawberries.. Its amazing, it tastes like pudding and its less calories then with milk :)

I did WW for a while... The new point plus programs counts the Fiber, fat, protein and carbs... No calories. You can find an Iphone app called : food calculator, same thing as the WW calculator.. I was allowed 29 points daily and 45 extra points per week... Honestly, I love Myfitnesspal a lot more... And WW wasnt cheap...…
