OI VEY! I can only do 3 pushups right now! But I did 13 cheater pushups (on the knees) and then finished on the wall. UGH. I did 15 minutes of jogging, 20 minutes brisk walking, and 15 minutes of P90X Yoga X. My abs HURT.

I find that I'm weak and slugglish if I burn a lot of calories and do not eat back some of my work out calories. It's working for me.

I'm no doctor, but I work in hospital admissions and sit for long periods of time without walking around...and my butt, knees, and ankles ACHE. once I started working out...it stopped! Get moving! It will help. Stretch well, too! However, it could be flu symptoms...body aches are no good!
