I agree with the weight fluctuation when you're weighing daily. Just keep working hard, and if the daily changes bug you pick a day to weigh, and weigh in at the same time on that day of the week.

Instead of ice cream or chocolate candy, I eat frozen yogurt instead. Instead of cheese and sour cream, I eat beans and avacado instead. Instead of soda, I drink water instead. Instead of fast food, I pack snacks instead.
