TMI-Days of Constipation
I'm having this problem. I usually go every.single.day and pretty close to the same time each day. However, about once per week I get these bouts of constipation. I haven't "gone" since Thurs/Fri. Take a look at my diary. I hate taking milk of Mag or something equal!

My first milestone (mini)
It's not huge. But it's a big deal for me. I've been on MFP for about 50 days, actively working out 7 weeks, dong P90X, walking on the treadmill, counting my calories, and eating by my exercise calories. To date, I've lost 15 pounds and 13.75 inches total. Yeah. That's kinda a big deal for me! :)

I really hate...
my job. My boss makes me want to run full speed ahead into a wall. So many little things on top of several big things. My job is ruining my marriage. My job is disrupting my children's lives. My job is causing havoc on my mental health. I just want to cry every day I have to be here. That's all. :(

Food Triggers?
I'm an emotionally eater, historically. I've been "recovering" for a while, but I still have certain triggers. For example, husband sent me angry texts first thing this morning, and it makes me want to stuff my face. Whenever I feel like crying, I also feel like eating. :( Anyone else?

How to eat more calories?
Hey guys, I have a 1310 daily goal, but, of course, when I burn more calories I earn more calories. I've read so many places that I should try to eat all my calories. I'm trying to eat well, but I don't know how to eat MORE. Can you check out my diary and advise? I have nearly 1000 calories left today!
