Hungry!

Hey guys, I understand TDE etc and I currently eat back all of my work out calories! However, I've noticed that the harder I work out, the more calories I burn, the more calories I'm eating, then the hungrier I am. Today, I am on track for calories, ran early this morning, and woke up from my nap super hungry!

I guess I would assume that the more I eat, the less hungry I would be, but am I hungry because I'm burning so much?
Also, Is this normal?

Absolutely. An Olympic mountain climber needs more calories than someone who sits at a desk all day. Same concept. The more you do, the more fuel you need to do it.
