I'm sure you did the best you could with what you had. I'm sure it removed some of the fat and calories, but I wouldn't be too generous with the decrease, the whole piece was still deep fried and I'm sure the chicken meat itself soaked up quite a bit of oil. :(

When you log your workouts into your diary, MFP will adjust your caloric allowance in food for that day. I feel that it is pretty reliable!

I posted a recipe on here for 51 calorie brownies (16 servings). I used 2 riped bananas, 1 c. unsweetened applesauce, 1/4 c. flour, 1/4 c. flax seed meal, 1/4 c. cocoa, dash salt, 1/2 tsp vanilla, optional: 1/4 c. dark chocolate chips. These are rich and tasty! Bake 350 for 30 minutes.

Make up something! Pushups everytime a car commercial comes on, squats during every insurance commercial, jumping jacks each time you see a cable/internet commercial. Try picking a random word and each time it's said on the episode, do an exercise (Do a burpee each time you hear Bazinga!).

I feel that carrying your calories over is a bad idea. Sleeping sort of resets the body. But that's just my opinion. I'm no doctor!

2 riped bananas 1 c. unsweetened applesauce Mash together very well. Stir in 1/4 c. flax seed meal, 1/4c. flour, and 1/4c. cocoa powdered. Add water if too pasty. I also added in 1/4 c. dark chocolate chips. Spread into 8x8 pain, Bake at 350^ for 25-30 minutes, cut into 16 bars. 51 calories.

I try not to eat too much right after working out, but I do enjoy water and some nuts or a banana.
