I like to toast an english muffin, spread avacado on both sides, sliced turkey breast, top with a slice of cheese, then broil just until cheese melts. I also dice green onions, tomatoes, and stir into my mashed avacado for a fresh guac.

One of my mantras is "It's not what I feel, it's what I know". For example, when I don't FEEL like working out, but I KNOW that I if I don't today, I'll be less likely to do it tomorrow, then I try to push the feel away and concentrate on what is truth for me.

Actually the hair on my arms grow back less abundantly when I shave. I've had some reactions to wax in the past, so I'm leary of waxing. Plus you have to let it grow in long enough for the wax to catch--gross! I enjoy the smooth arms!

I work at a hospital and I weigh in at work. So on weigh in day, I leave the house extra early, wear similiar clothes as I did last weigh-in. Get to work, use the restroom, take off my shoes and weigh in.
