yesterday i did 2 L2 workouts in a row because i had missed a day earlier this week, it actually wasn't as bad as i thought it would be, but i really am starting to hate L2!!! i'm getting excited to move onto L3 especially after reading some of the posts about it! my body is definitely changing, i haven't weighed myself…

L2D5 completed...i'd come to the conclusion that i hate planks, but i've never sweat so much in my life and i feel so great after each workout! half way through! we can do it!!!!

L1D9 complete, excited for D10 and to move on to L2. I love starting off my day with this workout and feel more energetic overall! I still haven't perfected everything, my arms are sore and i don't do a perfect push up....for those of you who have done this before would you still move on to L2 if you haven't perfected…
